Lisa has had several years experience within the property industry having done every job within the lettings business and finally having been a Senior Manager for a firm of Estate and Letting Agents, setting up a new Lettings Division within the local area.

Lisa has a diploma in Residential Lettings & Management, a Technical Award in Lettings & Management and a diploma in Domestic Energy Assessing.

Jayne Bateman

Jayne has recently joined the letttings team and is on hand to assist with everyday queries from landlords and tenants.

As a landlord herself, Jayne knows only too well how important it is to use a good agent and offer customer service of the highest standard.

Sue Cassidy
Sales Consultant

Sue has worked within the property industry for several years and has a wealth of experience within property as a whole, developing her career through the ranks.

Sue is on hand to deal with all sales enquiries from both clients and potential purchasers.

Gritli Beckworth
Branch Valuer

Gritli has a wealth of experience within the property industry having began her career in Estate Agency back in 1987.

Gritli has worked for both corporate and independent agents and believes that independent agents are able to offer a more personal service to its clients and as such able to raise the standards within the industry, something of course that mirrors our mission statement.

Having spent a number of years working within her chosen field of Residential Listing and also being resident in the local area, her wealth of experience is an asset to the Company.

Tom Hodgkinson Dip DEA
Domestic Energy Assessor - Energy Solutions Nottingham

Tom heads our sister company, Energy Solutions which provides Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) on domestic properties.

By carrying out the EPC in house, this enables us to market a property on the same day that an EPC is carried out, keeping us ahead of the game!

Gemma Robinson
Sales Support & Administration

Coming from a family of Property Developers, it was a natural step for Gemma to want to develop her career within the property sector.

Gemma has an excellent knowledge of the immediate area having lived locally all her life and is an instrumental member of our Sales Support Team as well as providing excellent administration skills.
